The National Agriculture Imagery Program— Things to Know. Viewing the United States agriculture system, nationally, can be seen by footage from a special aircraft and even from commercial satellite imagery.  Back in 2003, a program called the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) started as it was designed to collect images from the air during the peak of the agricultural season.
